WHS culinary students were able to participate in a culinary event about oils. This was sponsored by the Iowa Soy Council & the Iowa Restaurant Association at WIT in Sioux City.
They were able to taste oils, watch cooking demonstrations, sample foods, and learn how oils are used in cooking.
