TAP Job Search


The GH Transition Alliance Program, serving high schools in northwest Iowa, is searching for a candidate with a strong desire to work collaboratively with high school students, their parents, schools, Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services staff and local businesses to develop employability skills in high school students. Interested candidates should possess positive interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently using problem-solving skills to address unique transition issues for high school students with barriers to employment.


Interested candidates will serve the school districts of: Cherokee and Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn-Remsen-Union. Students are found eligible for the program via an application process with IVRS. A background in job coaching, education and/or social work are preferable but not required.
