In support of this mission, the district has identified key goals to strengthen opportunities and outcomes for all students:
- Expanding career opportunities with local entities, alongside preparing students for college, by carefully prioritizing resources in both staffing and facilities.
- Developing problem-solving, interpersonal, and team-building skills for all students, while aligning instruction with the Iowa Common Core.
- Improving communication with all stakeholders to promote an atmosphere of trust, respect, and positive relationships.
