Welcome to Cherokee Washington High School – a dynamic learning community where every student is encouraged to dream big, work hard, and make a meaningful impact.
At Cherokee Washington High School, we are proud to offer a rich educational experience that goes far beyond the traditional classroom. Our school is home to a wide range of rigorous academic programs, including Advanced Placement (AP), dual enrollment opportunities, work based learning, CAPS, and specialized pathways in career & technical education (CTE). These programs are designed to challenge our students, inspire critical thinking, and prepare them for success in college, careers, and beyond.
We also offer a variety of clubs, leadership opportunities, and community service programs that help students build confidence, character, and lifelong friendships. We like to say, there is a little something for everybody at Cherokee Washington High School.
Our dedicated faculty and staff work hard to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. We are equally grateful for the strong partnership we share with our families and community, who play a vital role in the success of our school.
