How to Sign Your Contract in Web Link

  • Log into WebLink: https://wl.sui-online.com/CherokeeIA/Login.aspx
  • Click on EMPLOYEE INFORMATION > PERSONAL INFORMATION > VIEW/ADD FILE DOCUMENTS
  • From the “Subfolder to View” drop down menu select CONTRACTS > VIEW DOCUMENTS
  • A view documents window will appear with all of your contracts, double-click on the  2026-2027 CONTRACT file
  • Review contract
  • To electronically sign:
    • Select “E-Sign” (top left of the screen)
    • Below “E-Sign” you will have options to “Create a Freehand Signature” or “Create a Text Signature”
      • Pick one and save your signature
    • After your signature has been saved select the option to “Place E-Signature” (the option next to Create a text signature) > a pencil will appear
      • Place the pencil on the signature line of your contract to electronically sig
    • After you have electronically signed, select “Place Date” icon (next to Place E-Signature)
      • Place the pencil on the date line of your contract to date your electronically signed contract.
    • Click on the BLUE hamburger icon in the top left corner of the screen > Select ATTRIBUTES > scroll down to “Employee Signature” and from the drop down menu select “Signed” > click on the blue SAVE button
    • Last step > select SAVE E-SIGN (green button located at the top left of the screen)

***Please note after you save your signed contract, WebLink will revert back to the original unsigned document. If you are questioning if you saved the DATED & SIGNED contract, please log back in and review your contracts. There should be (2) 2026-2027 Contracts,  an unsigned copy and a signed copy***

 


Deleting a Leave Request Before Submitting

Select the Employee Information menu, Leaves, and then Leave Request Entry (or Leave Request Entry - FMLA, if applicable).
If there are any unsubmitted leave requests previously entered and saved by the current user (or rejected or recalled leave requests not yet cancelled or deleted; or also any unsubmitted leave requests entered and saved for the current user by a different user with rights), the Leave Request Search screen will appear.  To delete a leave request, select the desired leave request by double-clicking on the entry or clicking on the entry once and then clicking the Select button.  If there are not any unsubmitted leave requests (or rejected or recalled leave requests not yet cancelled or deleted), the Leave Request Entry screen will appear immediately in order to enter a new leave request entry.
Tip:  If needed, from the Leave Request Entry screen, select a leave request to delete by clicking the Find button, changing the filters if needed, clicking once on the desired leave request, and then clicking the Select button.
Once the leave request to delete is displayed on the screen, click the Delete button; when prompted to delete the record, click OK.
